Your responsibilities will include communicating regularly with buyers and assistant buyers, coordinating with production and design to make sure they have all of the right information in order to properly cost items (color ways, line samples, artwork).
Prepare sample packs to send to clients and showrooms and to prepare for meetings, and inform clients of any delays or issues.
Process orders, review purchase orders and ensure all is correct (colors, units, etc.…)
Make fabric sheets, recaps (sketch, color way, purchase order number, breakdown of units of customer request).
Send technical packages, purchase orders, recaps and fabric sheets to all parties involved (logistics, costing, sales executive , production, technical designers) and follow up with Technical Designers to ensure timelines are respected.
Ensure proper delivery of goods and rectifying any problems with delivery
Review selling reports received from customer to inform sales of how merchandise is doing in stores.

In order to qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a sales coordinator in the fashion industry. Production experience a bonus.
