Our customer is a leading Food & Beverage service company looking to hire a Human Resources Manager with a very strong understanding of the recruitment cycle. This company has been in business for close to twenty years and has been growing steadily since. In this position your multitasking skills will enable you to collaborate with several departments to help position fulfillment. Your great listening skills will be used to properly understand your colleagues requirements for their open position. You will lead, create and manage job postings, maintain the talent pool, manage the ATS, source and interview candidates. You will use your experience and knowledge to manage expectations and help your colleagues to better attract talent. With your excellent communication and organizational skills you will be responsible for employee on boarding and provide HR support to employees as well as administer payroll and benefits, lead performance reviews and develop new HR policies and practices.
If you have graduated in HR and/or have over 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR we would love to meet you.
