Our customer is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with Portfolio Managers and help in the management of customer accounts.

In this position your knowledge of Financial services is essential to your on boarding success.  You will help in the opening of new accounts and all the correspondence it entails.  You will also be responsible for communication with customers and managers to help gather all necessary documentation for the processing of transactions and account reconciliation.

If you love the financial markets and have a good knowledge of equity, bonds and money markets as well as enjoy working in teams but have the initiative of making decisions and the capacity to work independently this might be a great opportunity.

Our customer is looking for at least 3 years of administrative experience combined with a strong client experience background in the financial services industry, whether from banking, brokerage, investment management or accounting.  If everyone around you tells you how good you are with customers and your enthusiasms is contagious this might be a great opportunity to pursue.
