Sales, Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

In this position you will be working closely with the sales team, the customer service department, the warehouse, suppliers and the Managing Director.  You role will be to assist the sales team with accurate information with regards to inventory levels, pricing, product knowledge and placed orders.  You will also assist the customer service department for quotes, ensure order accuracy as well as placing PO’s with suppliers and invoicing of customer orders.  With the warehouse team you will confirm and communicate incoming shipments, receive goods, approve supplier invoices, request transport and logistics quotes and maintain accurate data in ERP system ( Management of data). You will report to the Managing Director and help him on assigned responsibilities like trade show coordination, preparation of presentations with data and reports.

Our customer is looking for a positive, upbeat and entrepreneurial candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a detail oriented position in customer service, logistics or sales coordination within a product based industry.  You need to have strong English communication skills, a working proficiency of French and an intermediate level of Excel ( Pivot tables would be considered a strong asset) as well as a strong computer proficiency.
