Hands down our best customer in the Home furnishings industry is looking for a Content, Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator to manage content, community engagement and connect with the industry’s influencers. Presently outsourcing this process to an agency they have the strong desire to bring their digital strategy internally step by step.
You will help determine the strategy along side the Marketing Director as well as implement it by creating engagement with original content catered to a variety of Social Media platforms. Your role will also include managing relationships with Bloggers, Editors and Influencers to create brand awareness. You will partner with Retailers and contribute to their Social program to create engagement with end users. You will be working closely with the Customer Service department to ensure customer complaints are addressed and diffused.
Our customer has been in business for more than 4 decades and has mastered sales on Marketplaces and Retailer websites. With now the majority of their sales online their future is secure and their growth is ensured.
Our customer is looking for a colleague with a passion for Social Media, skills in English copy writing and editing and a track record of content management on several social media platforms. If you happen to have studied Social Media, Digital Marketing or communications this would be considered a strong asset.
