Sales and Merchandising Coordinator

In this position, you’ll be the link between the the different departments of the company, as well as with the retail buyers. This is an important role, as you are the “go to” person for answers relating to samples, deliveries, pricing, approvals, inventory and much more. 
Some of your responsibilities are to meet with buyers in house (and on the road), follow up on sample approvals and orders, give prices, suggest styles, work with design team to put monthly deliveries together, work with graphic team to develop prints, review sample selection to choose assortment based on deliveries and customer, work with technical team to address fit and quality issues, review sell through reports, review units, analyze breakdowns, manage stock and inventory levels, liaise with shipping and production to ensure timelines are being met and cancel dates are being respected. 
In order to be considered for this role, you’ll need to have prior experience in the fashion industry (wholesale) in a similar position. You should have a DEC (or degree) in fashion, and you should have fantastic communication skills as you’ll be working directly with retail buyers.
