Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator

In the last few years our customers has doubled in size because they have successfully built an infrastructure that allows them to partner with the worlds largest online retailers and marketplaces making it the biggest revenue stream.  Their online sales have exceeded their traditional brick and mortar sales.

The growth that they have been experiencing has led to the creation of a new position in their sales department.  Our customer is looking for a e-commerce Account Manager to help support the sales team.

In this position you will have the responsibility of managing assigned ecommerce accounts.  Working closely the sales team, the marketing department and the customers, you will help drive online sales and ensure the growth and success of your assigned customers.

Using your organizational skills you will participate in product launches and ensure online assortments are properly represented.  You will work closely with the marketing team to build promotions with your online partners and analyze results.
You will monitor sales for each customer, analyze data to keep well informed of the competitive marketplace and communicate opportunities to Sales team.  Using your customer service skills you will respond to inquiries, communicate with internal departments and collaborate with accounts to ensure revenue growth and success of your accounts.
