Our customer has been in business for over 50 years with a large portfolio of industrial space across the Island of Montreal. Specialized in Construction and leasing this company has been building long lasting relationships with tenants that have been with them for over 25 years.
They currently have an opening for a Real estate Accountant to work out of their Ville St-Laurent offices. This company offers a calm and respectful environment with little to no turnover of staff. Working on a 8:30 to 5 schedule you will have 1 1/2 hour paid lunch time, the company provides 1 free meal /month, free parking, 3 weeks of vacation and a Gym facility on premise.
Reporting to the Controller you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Monthly reporting of multiple companies
Preparation of Financial statements
Month end procedures
New property set-up
Supervision of cash receipts
Analyzing variances and payment reconciliation
Preparation of year end supporting documents
Budget preparation and reporting
If you have prior experience in Real Estate or Property Management accounting, are able to work autonomously have strong computer skills and organizational skills we would like to hear from you.
