As the Customer Service Team Lead you will support your 4 colleagues and help implement customer service SOP’s and ensure the best customer experience is delivered by going that extra mile when needed.  Working on a customer service software you will properly dispatch tickets and ensure they get resolved in a timely manner.  All escalated issues will be reviewed by you and addressed in a professional manner.  Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will work closely together to make sure the customer service team goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you have a few years of customers service experience and are dedicated to ensure the best customer service is provided, you are fluently bilingual, computer savvy and love to provide a white glove treatment to your customers we want to know you.
