As a result of this growth our customer is looking for an E-commerce Account Manager to help support the sales team.
In this position you will be responsible for managing assigned e-commerce accounts. You will also be working closely with the sales team, the marketing department & the customers to help drive online sales and ensure the growth and success of your assigned customers. You may also be given the chance to participate in product launches; ensuring that online assortments are properly represented.
You will monitor sales for each customer, analyze data to keep well informed of the competitive marketplace and communicate opportunities to Sales team. Using your customer service skills you will respond to inquiries, communicate with internal departments and collaborate with accounts to ensure revenue growth and success of your accounts.
