Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily execution of orders
Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match
Orders are processed and entered properly in our system
Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action
Managing returns
Working directly with the sales team
Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications of orders
Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from our customers
Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity
Allocation of merchandise of Customer and Vendor orders, Production delivery estimates
Requirements:

Experience with EDI, Momentis and web orders
Strong time management skills
Confidence in making decisions
High levels of energy and enthusiasm
Proficient in basic MSOffice software;
