As the Top Sales Executive in this technology company you will Lead, Manage and be Accountable for year over year growth objectives.  Our customer recently acquired a European company that will help extend their market share in Europe and diversify their product portfolio.

You will Head North American sales and European sales by growing, inspiring, coaching, supporting and retaining a remote team of high profile Hunters. 
You will be responsible for growing recurring revenue month to month and ensuring that KPI’s are met for you to surpass growth objectives.

While Marketing works on demand generation you will ensure leads are followed through. Your sales team will then nurture these leads through value proposition continuity until conversion.

Working closely with CMO you will relay insights through the value chain to improve value proposition and influence feature development.

We are looking for a proven record of SaaS growth through Channel Partners and strong sales process optimization capabilities, as well as experience managing a remote sales team using collaborative cloud based solutions.
