Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (with experience in outerwear) to join their growing team. Reporting to the President of the company, the Sales Manager is responsible to lead all sales and business development efforts.

Oversee and coordinate sales and customer service activities among team members
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement, make necessary changes
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting, monitor competition’s performance on the market.
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Conduct sales presentations to retailers, travel to see customers, participate in trade shows and other sales based organized events
Minimum 7-10 years of wholesale sales experience selling women’s outerwear to major retailers, specialty chains and independent retailers.
Already established working relationships with mass, mid to high end retailers.
Excellent presentation, fluently bilingual.
Experience arranging, setting up and participating in trade shows
Strong negotiation skills, ability to evaluate and monitor sales
Strong team leader, previous experience managing a small team
Fluently bilingual, good computer skills
