Job Description:
Manage all areas of traffic and logistics through warehouses in both Canada and the USA
Order pallets, create  process documents for the warehouse, build style master, bring in and allocate EDI orders 
Deal with issues regarding inspections, acquiring certificates, ensuring all shipping labels are correct as per vendor agreements, daily review all freight bills and monthly review of major accounts.
Maintain a register of non-compliance for major accounts, provide feedback to rework processes and improve if required.
Ensure timely deliveries, coordinate deliveries of inventories from warehouse. Organize external warehouses for physical inventory, review any discrepancies. 
Handle communications and shipping requirements with suppliers overseas regarding production, debit notes.
Manage and support team.
Minimum 10 years’ experience working as a traffic manager for a fashion importer
To compensate with time zones overseas, some communications will be done in evening hours
Organization and respect of timelines are critical
Knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL
Prior experience with ERP, Momentis, EDI and ACCPAC accounting system – an asset, must be able to create macros, pivot tables and charts on Excel. Knowledge of Word and VLook Up.
Ability to multi-task with a sense of organization and priority, must have warehouse operations experience for reworking of goods.
