Accounting and Office Clerk

Our client is looking for an experienced accounting and office clerk. You will be working closely with our customers and suppliers, so it’s important that you are fully bilingual.
The responsibilities will include:

  • Recording of customer payments;
  • Collections and flagging of past-due customers;
  • Recording supplier invoices;
  • Answer phone and email inquiries from customers and suppliers;
  • Clerical and administrative support to management;
  • Work closely with the Controller in preparing month-end schedules and reports;

Qualifications needed:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual English and French;
  • Team player;
  • Experience with import and export logistics would be an asset;
  • Experience using Visual would be an asset.
