POSITION OVERVIEW:  The Junior Account Manager should be very detail-oriented and a great team player. The primary objective is to maintain and develop good relationships with new and existing customers – some of the biggest retailers in North America and Europe – by learning and becoming an expert about our brands and products, as well as their requirements and buying process in order to offer the best service and experience possible.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and maintain great relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work collaboratively with the senior account manager, design and development team to answer the day-to-day requests and requirements from the customers. 
  • Act as a liaison between the customers and the design, production, and logistics teams
  • Understand the customer markets and consumers in order to execute and deliver the assortment properly
  • Become an expert about our brands and products and educate sales reps, agencies and other parts about their features and benefits
  • Create and analyze sales and inventory reports to provide insightful commercial analysis by customer
  • Work in the organization and coordination of special events for retailer customers
  • Put together presentations that are visually appealing to the customer
  • Support the day-to-day activities in the department

 
Requirements:

  • Creative thinker and problem solver with the desire to “make things happen”
  • Team player – willing to learn from and collaborate with the other team members
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in fast paced sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Any design skills would be considered a plus
