ECommerce Manager

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced candidate that is proficient in web and traditional marketing practices, merchandising, copy writing, email marketing, mail chimp, digital marketing, data analysis, handling any issues with the website and more. 


The E-Commerce Manager will help develop and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives to grow our clients on-line presence. The role is essential in shaping the online customer experience.
The individual will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of E-Commerce marketing and merchandising, from the strategy to the day-to-day operations across awareness, traffic, conversion, and retention.
Leadership, initiative, energy, entrepreneurship and the ability to work across functions and third parties are critical to success.


Manage all eCommerce website to efficiently increase conversion, from strategy and planning to execution; including but not limited to product life cycle, onsite search, merchandising, landing pages and stock availability.
Manage digital marketing and promotional campaigns to effectively drive consumer acquisition and retention, from strategy and planning to execution; including but not limited to email, SEM, display, affiliates, social, and SEO.
Coordinate day-to-day communication with third parties.
Setting and maintaining weekly priorities.
Manage marketing-related eCommerce analytic KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, consumer acquisition costs), to improve eCommerce performance.
Ensure all of their E-commerce websites are operating at maximum efficiency and to monitor cutting edge E-Commerce marketing techniques.


Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics & ROI.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Internet sales, B2B eCommerce, Digital Marketing.Creative problem solver.

Experience building and maintaining an E-Commerce business by executing high ROI and leading marketing, merchandising, and segmenting techniques.
Very good knowledge of Shopify platform, Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and French is ideal
Diploma – Commerce, Marketing, Communications.
Comfortable manipulating large amounts of data in Excel and using advanced functions.
