Our customer; a forerunner in the smartphone accessory business is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager due to some rapid growth.
In this position you manage a small team & provide the necessary tools & support to ensure each employee’s growth & success. You will also implement new procedures & reporting systems. You may also be given the opportunity to analyse customers response times etc in order to improve the quality of service given.
