Your responsibilities :
- Develop new business & grow account portfolio.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Undertake the full recruitment process from candidate screening to finalising start date.
- Write job descriptions
- Determine and use the best tools to source different types of candidates
- Contact candidates and coordinate appointments for internal and external interviews
- Conduct interviews with selected candidates
- Check references
