Our client, a leading outerwear importer, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for the daily execution of orders
– Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match
– Orders are processed and entered properly in our system
– Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action
– Managing returns
– Working directly with the sales team
– Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications of
orders
– Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from
our customers
– Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity
– Allocation of merchandise of Customer and Vendor orders, production delivery
estimates.
 
Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (Apparel Industry experience is an
asset)
– Strong time management skills
– Confidence in making decisions, high energy and enthusiasm
– Bilingual
– Proficient in basic MS Office software
-Detail oriented
-Strong communication skills
